About Us

More Than Coffee and Books

The Coffee and Ink began as a deeply personal journey, inspired by founder Lauren Warner’s father, who lost his battle with a rare blood cancer. Watching his dreams remain unfulfilled left Lauren with a powerful resolve: to help others pursue their passions before time slips away. With a lifelong love for books and a newfound purpose, Lauren set out to create a space where stories, dreams, and support intersect. Through this pop-up shop, she hopes to provide readers with more than just books and coffee—she wants to inspire them to follow their dreams, just as she’s doing now.

The Mission: At The Coffee and Ink, our mission is to celebrate and uplift local authors, encouraging them to share their voices and make their publishing dreams a reality. We believe that the power of storytelling can change lives, especially for those fighting life’s toughest battles. That’s why a portion of every purchase goes toward cancer research, supporting organizations like the National Marrow Donor Program and Gabriel House of Care. Together, we can turn simple acts—like reading a book or enjoying a cup of coffee—into meaningful contributions to cancer research and support for those still writing their own stories.

Books & Coffee

Discover a curated selection of new and used books, plus ethically sourced coffee beans from local roasters. Each purchase supports local authors and funds cancer research.

Stories to Inspire, Coffee to Savor

At The Coffee and Ink, we believe that books and coffee are the perfect pair. Our thoughtfully curated selection features both new and used books, with a special focus on works by local and independent authors. Whether you’re searching for a contemporary novel, a classic, or a unique title you’ve never seen before, we aim to provide stories that resonate and inspire. We’re proud to support the voices of our community and offer readers the chance to discover their next favorite book while supporting local talent.

Our coffee beans are sourced from local roasters who share our commitment to quality and ethical practices. We proudly partner with Steel Oak Coffee in Ormond Beach and Black Cat Coffee in Titusville to bring you a variety of roasts that are perfect for savoring over a good book. Each batch of beans is roasted with care, offering rich, smooth flavors that enhance your reading experience. With every purchase, you’re not just enjoying a book or a cup of coffee—you’re supporting local businesses and contributing to a greater cause.
