The Townhome Plan
The proposed three-story townhomes are designed to fall in line with the city’s current building codes in regard to townhomes. Groundbreaking is scheduled for early in 2021. The townhomes will offer water view and driveway view options and be priced in the $1.85 to $2.85 million-dollar range. Each townhome will range from 3,200 to 4,200 square feet and feature four bedrooms with walk-in closets, as well as a fully equipped luxury owner’s suite. The townhomes will offer 4.5 bathrooms, a full-size laundry room, a well-appointed kitchen with the latest appliances, a two-car garage, and an elevator. Outside, the townhomes will offer 800 square feet including three covered balconies and a private garden area, as well as an optional third floor patio complete with barbeque and panoramic views. The homes will feature beautiful landscaping, low homeowner’s association fees, and access to all Lighthouse Point Yacht Club amenities.
The State-of-the-Art Clubhouse
The new Lighthouse Point Yacht Club clubhouse facility will include a 10,400 square foot gymnasium complete with health and medical spa facility, an adult jacuzzi, five Har-Tru tennis courts with lights, and a 2.400 square foot tennis center bistro. In addition, the clubhouse area will feature a resort pool with beach entry, two three-lane mini-Olympic-size swimming pools, a kids’ pool, and a 2.500 square foot kids’ center. For dining, entertaining, and special events, the facility will offer an indoor fine dining restaurant and piano lounge, an outdoor tapas bar, a card/billiard room, plus expansive outdoor spaces, a large conference room with AV functionality, a 280-person banquet space, a private bridal suite, and of course, 78 premium deep-water, full-service marina slips.
Membership at the Lighthouse Point Yacht Club
Current Lighthouse Point Yacht Club members will be grandfathered into the new Club, without additional initiation fees nor levied assessments for the duration of their membership. New membership initiation fees will increase based on Flagship membership levels or permit issuance, whichever comes first. Non-refundable member initiation is currently estimated at $18,000 to $20,000, an increase from the current stabilized rate of $7,500. Membership dues, rules, and regulations will remain in effect during the construction phases, but the food and beverage minimum will be lifted.
